Colin is an honorary family therapist in the North Bristol NHS Trust, working in a CAMHS clinic half a day a week.
He is also a member of the British Association of Social Workers and a member of the Executive Committee of the Independents’ Forum of BASW. He is a member of the Association of Family Therapy and Systemic Practice and of the British Association for the Study and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (BASPCAN) as well as being Honorary Treasurer for the Association. He teaches on the University of the West of England Issues in Child Protection course, and to Senior Psychiatric Registrars at the University of Bristol regarding child protection.
